A rather unknown company called In Technology Group (ITG) has just unveiled the XPPhone, a combination between a MID and a cell phone that runs on Windows XP.

Windows Mobile 7 is still quite far away (it should come in 2010), but it looks like we can already get a glimpse of it.

Microsoft has just announced, via its developers’ Twitter account, that Windows Mobile 6.5 is finally complete and every bit of it is functional.
