Apple launched their thinnest laptop in the market ~ Macbook Air.

The size of Macbook Air:

Height: 0.16-0.76 inch (0.4-1.94 cm)

Width: 12.8 inches (32.5 cm)

Depth: 8.94 inches (22.7 cm)

Weight: 3.0 pounds (1.36 kg)

 

MacBook Air is ultrathin, ultraportable, and ultra unlike anything else. It comes with Intel Core Duo 2 1.6Ghz ( 800Mhz/ 4M L2 ), 2GB DDR2667 memory, 80GB hardisk, 13.3-inch (diagonal) glossy widescreen TFT LED backlit display, Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor ( shared memory ) & insight camera, built-in AirPort Extreme Wi-Fi wireless networking, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and other peripheral ports such as audio out, micro dvi and 1 usb port…

We can see that Macbook Air is really lightweight, but the design so compact, i wonder whether it can stand for shocks or drops or not ?
