Print Power Point Slides Into Handouts

I’m sure most of us know what is Microsoft Office Power Point. It is used to create dynamic and high-impact presentations. The latest version is 2007.
Power Point is often used on meeting and lecturing. For lecture purpose, most of the content provided can be refer as handouts or notes for student. Therefore, student often need to print out the power point slides.
By default, whenever we want to print, it makes it to print 1 slide on 1 page and so on… This waste a lot of paper and toner because it automatic enlarge the content and fit it into 1 side of the paper(Simplex).
Actually, we can set it to print as handouts where we can put max. 9 slides in 1 single side(Simplex). If both side printed ( Duplex ), it become max. 18 slides in 1 piece of paper.
But normally we put 6 slides is enough. 9 slides will be too small..

To do it is very simple, once open our power point slides, go to print setup under file tab, or shortcut by pressing Ctrl+P.
Under print what, is change it from slides to handouts. After that, we can see the handouts tab is active and we can choose how many slides per page. Then under Color/Grayscale tab, we can also set it to pure white and black which uses only black toner/cartdrige.
