Toshiba ConfigFree Hack
In my previous post i mentioned about Toshiba ConfigFree, a nice wired and wireless connectivity software suite for Toshiba selected wireless notebook. This post i will explain how to use this software in non Toshiba notebook.
First, download ConfigFree and install it into your pc. The version i’ve installed are 5.50.13.
After than open regedit under run tab.
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->TOSHIBA>CONFIGFREE
Locate the “Instcheck” line on the right side of the screen.
Set VALUE to a Satellite 5205
After that reboot your pc and you can run enjoy running ConfigFree on your non Toshiba notebook. Cheers…
