The new company will have an initial capital of NT$8 billion, with 51% of the company being controlled by Gigabyte and 49% by ASUS. The new subsidiary is expected to be fully operational in January of 2007. Under the agreement, the chairman of the joint venture will be appointed by Gigabyte, as well as three board directors and one board supervisor on the board of directors. The remaining two seats on the board will be assigned by ASUSTeK.
The marriage of two of the world’s largest motherboard and graphics card makers is expected to increase their competitiveness in many different fronts, especially in leveraging both companies’ economies of scale, research and development, and diverse product lines to achieve greater synergy.

We all know that to use POP3 client to access and manage your Yahoo! Mail messages, we have to upgrade our account to Yahoo! Mail Plus service which cost $19.99 per year.
But now, u can save the money. Because we can retrieve our Yahoo! Mail messages using our own email client.
What you need to do :
1. Download YPOP!
2. Install YPOP in your system.

Click Yes to automatic load YPOPs! when Windows Starts

3. After installed & run the program, icon will appear at your system tray.

4. Follow below page for instruction to configure your email client.

Microsoft finally launched their ipod killer ~ Zune. You can view the press release here. Basically, the Zune is a 30 gb mp3 player that has FM Radio, a 3 inch QVGA screen, and music, video, and picture playback. The Zune plays AAC, MP3, and WMA formats.
The 30 gb Zune will retail for around $284 at Walmart, which is still $34 more than the Video iPod’s 30 gb player ($250).
I’m wondering when can i see this product in Malaysia ?
